Meet Parkwood, my latest venture in virtual exterior design services!
In this case, I helped re-imagine a front exterior, which had a dated look and limited curb appeal. The client purchased one of my flat rate virtual exterior design packages and completed the client questionnaire to provide more information on their inspiration pictures and goals. I provided three design concepts - in a good/better/best approach that met different budget levels. As with all projects, all options got created in 3D, but the final selection got created as a high definition, photo realistic rendering. The client leveraged the deliverables to solicit 'apples-to-apples' bids from a handful of contractors and is now moving forward with the project.
