Saint Andrews - Virtual Home Exterior Design
Meet Saint Andrews, my latest virtual home exterior design project!
In this case, I helped re-envision a front exterior, which had a dated look and curb appeal. The client purchased one of my flat rate virtual home exterior design packages and completed the client questionnaire to provide their measurements, inspiration photos and ideas. I developed two design concepts - in a 'silver' vs 'gold' approach - that met different budget levels. As with all projects, all options got created in 3D, but the final selection got created as a high definition, photo realistic rendering. The client is now leveraging the deliverables to solicit 'apples-to-apples' bids from a handful of contractors and will be moving forward with the project soon.
